I found this seed in a bag of potting soil from a reputable brand soil nameless.
and now it's this .
This baby is 14 days old from Germination .
I don't know the strain or if it male or female.
Question is it time to put it in a 3 gallon pot ?

Since you are growing in soil, up-pot to a one gallon container first. But yes, it's ready for transplant. I suggest reading @Emilya's post "The Proper Way to Water a Potted Plant."
