Should I feed my seedlings once placed in rockwool 1.5" cubes?

I will be using Emerald Harvest 3 part kit nutrients and emerald harvest cal-mag.

should I feed the seeds a very mild mix of nutrients like 200-300 ppm or just regular water ph when I move them from the paper towel to the rockwool cube?

if mild nutrients what PH is best for rockwool?

and if water what PH?

And never feed seeds nutes, no need, water till they get up, then it depends on what the next stage is on what you do next

paper towel -> 1.5" rockwool cube -> into nano dome until roots fill out -> 4" rockwool cube for seedling stage -> stack the 4" on top of a 8" rockwool block for veg

Seeds are like eggs, and have nutrients for initial growth. I use only bottled spring water until they are a week or more out of the ground.
