Should I defoliate?

I’m most likely overthinking this due to the fact it’s my first indoor grow but I’ve done some research and Seen some people say not to defoliate. I figured I would get an outside opinion from my fellow growers. Here are my plants week 6 had a magnesium deficiency but believe I corrected it with cal mag. Strain: TK91 Cake and Chem (fem)

You could remove some of the large fan leaves if there are bud sites underneath them. That way those bud sites get more light and will grow up towards the light.

Yes some of them have as many bud sites as 12 on a couple of them.

If you are defoliating I imagine it is for yield.

if it is yield you want then defoliation is only part of the armoury.
