Nope. 
It looks like a mutant to me - pretty cool too. You can see that the points of the middle leaf on all the new fans have a perfect inverted notch. At first I thought the growing tip had gotten damaged, but then I saw that the new growth has it too.
It's just the one branch? No sweat. It may even straighten out later.

Yes it is just that branch. I thought I may have Damaged it as well, but more kept growing.
