shall i cut?

my plants is 35days in flower stage and have alot big leaves that make shadow to the low buds and don`t get direct the light shall i cut some big ones?

Dont cut those large fan leaves. Those are your plant's sugar factories. If you can, just tuck them beneath a branch or bud, but I wouldn't cut them.

oh and other 1 question. upper buds will finish faster than lower buds, so what can i do?
is okay if i cut the finished buds and leave the plant finish the lower

Some growers choose to do that. It balances out with the growers who feel like a proper dry can only come from a plant cut at the base and hung to dry whole. It's up to personal preference.
