server down at 300

since the upgrade, the server has been crashing when 300 or more people come to the site....it's happened for the last few days in a row...starts getting slow.

rest assured, we are working on the problem...

yes, but it sucks that i do all this promoting and when the rush comes, my server craps out...worthless.

server went down again last night, too many people on here...since we upgraded the forums...i have 4 programmers in there right now trying to resolve the problem.....every time we reach around 300 users, the server craps out...we are trying to find the settings to change this so at least a thousand can come and play...please pardon the dust...when we are done, the server will be much faster...also adding another gig of ram...that should do the trick.

the extra gig will be added when my host gets off their asses....
we found the settings and upgraded them...
there are still tons of little tweaks that need to happen...
those will be conquered over the next week...
