There have been references here to "old school" ... that's me. My last growing experience was grown from an anonymous seed I got in a baggie I purchased. At the time (20+ years ago) it was great.
At the same time I purchased seed from a company in Holland, which turned out to be lower in quality than the original bag seed I was growing!
Now, I know, these days there are a LOT of different strains, with a LOT of different qualities. Will you experts give me some suggestions?
I do not want an autoflower and I don't need feminized seeds. I plan to grow similar to Cap'n's system, scrogged at 4'by4' under a 600 HPS.
I'd like a strain that is somewhat high in THC, I also value the CBD symptoms as well.
My purpose in growing is twofold: recreational, medical. I haven't smoked any dope for 20+ years and now at age 65+ I'm looking forward to it again, and at this age my GW and I both suffer from the aches and pains that will doubtless find ease in a good smoke.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions you may have.
