Seeds still not sprouting

I've germinted my two seeds in the paper towel method and they popped. I got some miracle grow compost soil and put the seeds about half and inch deep and covered gently. I've sprayed some filtered water over and put a dome over them to keep moisture. Temperature is at 21c and humidity at 72%. Its day 2 and still nothing has sprouted out. Should i put the lights on to raise the temperature???

Give it some time. Or maybe the soil is too hot for seedlings . Start them of in a buffer of seed starting mix.
