Seeds help pls, its complicated lol

Guys i have posted twice before about this. its like my 4th grow now, never had problems before, germination was always fine. this time, all i have is upside down growing plants, not germinating at all, and then growing and staying small, which is my main question, i have had 3 plants now, fo about 3-4 weeks! the biggest one is 2.5 inches tall at most, and yet, looks perfectly healthy, leaves are lovely and green, but it seems to be taking forever to grow, i re planted them in bigger pots atleast ten days ago, and all i can guess is that they were very unhealthy when planted, and have taken this long to recover and settle down? my question is, do i carry on with them or are they ultimately never going to grow tall and big?
I will do pics tomorrow and add them, like i say they look healthy , just taking a long time, i cant seem to get them to grow in the propagator past 2" tall in their cubes, without them dying
ph is fine, temos are fine, nutes are fine. i have no idea why i am having so much trouble.

here are the pics guys, bear in mind, these 3 plants are 4 weeks old or more, but then they were highly stressed when they were put in these pots, and i didnt think they would survive, and they do seem to be coming on very well now! let me know what you think pls. the last pic is of 4 super lemon haze babies, which looked fine, then i took the lid off the incubator for 4 hours and they went like that! pretty much dead apart from one, what would cause that sort of nstant reaction? thanks in advance for any advice!

thanks mate, they are still short, but leaves are getting bigger, and seem to be growing rapidly so i am hoping they are coming on now...
i will post an update in a week or so.
and with the seeds, i'm gonna use soil and perlite next time , in pots and not bother with the incubator! as i put two seeds in pots outside, and they are doing brilliantly

not sure i dont want to dig them out lol, but they are doing much better now, coming on really well every day!

you know if one or more stays miniture, i'm gonna let it run all the way through lol, i reckon the cola would be about 3-4 grams! would make a great pic
