Seeds and Confusion

Advice needed.

After months of study and accumulation of equipment I am ready to start my first grow.
I am having issues in finding a nice safe place to get the genetics. I don't want to risk an overseas seed bank and loose my $. Some of the local sites are asking exorbitant sums. My initial budget is $100 but these local guys all the way South West want upwards of $20/ seed. need ideas!

Thought about that...I haven't seen a seed in years. It's all dispensary sensi round these parts.

I've been growing for years and I still use crop King seeds and BC bud to receive my seeds always discreet and I've never had them not show up
