seedlings?

my seedlings top crown leaves are yellowing a bit, its about the 3rd 4th set of leaves.... should i be worried???? (indoor no nutes as of yet) fluro... very close 2-3 inches and useing clonex solution... also they are in rckwool cubes and i have no roots coming out the bottom yet... wtf?? its about 3-4 weeks since germ...... please help me...
