Seedlings - Stretched Stems

Oh ok I hope she recovers well in the end for you,,, I've not been able to check the temp of soil/plant box,, and same with humidity I'm unable to. Check as no equipment I've not fully given up on my babies , just that I have no equipment at all other than what I created my self with household items lol, We will see in next few days if they make any improvements or growth,,
I think I over watered them at the very start aswell

small investment to get a cool mist humidifier and a thermometer with RH meter built in. worth it for sure

I will get one if can afford them , I'm in uk so will try find some prices , how much did you pay for them items ? And iff too much or not enough humidity, will the plants definitely not grow or will it just halt them from thriving ? Thanks a lot for help will deffo look into them items especially for future attempts

this is my first grow, but from my endless hours of research and the fine people on 420's advice, you want higher RH for veg stage, like 60% RH then drop for flower. too hot and you get leggy stems. I'm struggling to maintain 78-80F. I'm sitting between 80-85 depending on if I keep my door open and fan on.

Iknow guys on here a friendly and helpful ,,, But yh I will google and see where n how much coz them two items now,
But ok , thanks for advise on diff temps and RH for different stages
