To be honest I don’t know. It was a cheap one that saids 100 pcs dual chips 85-265v 50/60hz. It’s got a veg and bloom stage on it

Any idea of the wattage it actually draws? And the height, temps, RH?

Im a new grower this is my first grow and I don’t have the money to invest in an online fan with humidity controller so im stuck with what I got. The tent is 24x24x48

That looks OK
You don't need a fancy fan with a controller etc, a cheapo desktop fan will do for circulation
An inline extractor fan would draw fresh air through the tent ideally, but you might be ok if the led is not producing too much heat

You can probably lower that light to be about 18" away and even get as close as 12" when they start to flower.
Without knowing what light you're using that's a bit of guess but I'd agree it should be lowered regardless.
If the plants have stretched more than you like, you can add more soil to your containers and burry part of the stem.

It is very common to see the new growth pointing up and then after it has been growing a day or two it starts to lower and look like it is growing flat. And as it is doing that more new growth is showing which will be pointing up for a few days and the plant keeps doing that until it stops growing.

Not sure what this means. Is it meaning that the plant is now 3 weeks and several days old?

Anyway, the seedlings do look a bit small for being anywhere between 3 and 4 weeks since the seed sprouted.

The others can help with the light, how high the light should be above the plants, and that part of the growing experience. Most likely the plants will start growing a bit faster if the light is moved closer to the plants as mentioned.

They are looking okay now thanks! Two of them i believe could be male idk yet. I do know one of them is a female for a fact, so how long do i got until the male starts to pollinate the female? The smallest one is a female (pineapple haze) the other two I’m not sure, I believe the biggest one is idk about the second one

You likely wont be able to spot the males until you change your light schedule. (12-12)
About 2 weeks after doing so, the males will produce pollen sacks and the females, pistils to catch pollen.
There's no risk of pollination until then but at that point you would cull the males.

The plants will also need to reach maturity before they'll bloom or show their gender.
That's usually around 6 - 8 weeks so there's no point changing your light schedule before then.
Otherwise you'd just be waiting for them to reach maturity and they'd be losing out on valuable hours of lights.
I'd let them go for another 6 weeks before considering blooming them or when you're happy with their shape and size.
That gives you some time to train them. There's plenty of guides here for LST, quadlining... that I would recommend.

The plant has to be sexually mature before it becomes easy to tell the sex of the plant. Usually the first sign that the plant is becoming mature is that the nodes are no longer opposite each other and are instead starting to alternate sides. Most likely that stage is still 4 to 6 weeks away judging by the size of those seedlings.

Some growers can tell the sex of their plants earlier than before sexual maturity starts to show but it takes a lot of practice and I figure some interesting mistakes along the way;).
