Seedling Issue

Just stopped buy a buddies to check out his grow.

He has an LP so I am hoping to be not far behind him once I get approved.

He has these seedlings at day 11.

Temps 74-79
RH 39-50

Fan inside for circulation as well as 4" extraction fan and 6" passive intake

They got 1/8th nutrients water then another 1/8th feeding.

They also had a foliar spray 3 days ago which he did mid day.(don't ask why)

Foliar spray was mixed as per directions for seedlings.

Everything is mixed in 6.2-6.5 ph rainwater.

And watered between feedings with rain water ph 6-6.5

They are in Promix HP.

When I noticed the spots I told him to flush but he just watered.

Any help would be great.

I did raise his 700watt led to about 30inches from 24 to Rule the light out.

Are they getting a calmag supplement? If not then they probably should be.

No they are not.
I didn't think they would need CalMag at 11 or 12 days old.

I find the calmag deficiency starts to show after they are about two or three weeks old if I don't use any. I grow in sunshine mix and use rainwater.

Milk can be used as a substitute for the calcium, and Epsom salts for the magnesium- if necessary.

Having said that- I can't say for sure whether that discolouration is calmag def - it might not be- but they will be needing it.

Also- the ph range for the way you/your friend is growing is the hydro range. 5.8-6.2.

OK so today I will head to the city for a Cal Mag fertilizer.

Gonna be tough to find on Sunday but we both work Monday and he doesn't drive.

It is moving up the leaf sets and I am getting worried.

I have also notice a bit of strange leaf twisting on his plants since day 1 of sprout.
