Seedling has a dry tip

Hi,
First leaves are through but one of my seedlings (NL Autos) has a dry tip, any idea what could be causing it? They haven't had any nutes and the light is an 80 watt LED, which is a good distance from them. They have had a small amount of canna rhizotonic but I don't think its this what has caused it. Any info will be appreciated, thanks.

Temp 73f not sure on humidity as I'm just using wet towel on radiator and hot water bowl in growing area its the best I can do for the moment. The humidity where I am is 72% at the moment.

that sounds like that would boost humdity, best of getting a temp and humidity gauge for $10.

Should I give weak nutes? Say a quarter strength? I know its advisable not too but I wonder if this is the reason why as I'm growing in coco as well, which doesn't have anything added.

It's advisable not to for good reason. If your temps aren't too hot and your humidity is good then Maybe you need to water her more . pics would help because if she does need nutes we can't tell you unless we know how old she is and what she looks like

I grow in coco an start a light feed as soon as the first set of real leaves appear, make sure ur using nutes for coco or add calmag supliment.
R u watering/feeding everyday ? Once u start feed it should be daily.

I'm watering whenever the coco is dry it works out at about every other day

Here she is, she's three days old as you can see in the photo the tip at the top of the screen is faded. The bottom one is too, but its not as bad.

Problem: I'm having a yellowing of my leaves with a dotting effect that continually gets worse until the leaf dies. I keep seeing spider webs on my leaves too. Any ideas?
