I guess I have actually grown my first Cannabis plant. :)

Take care all. I hope you are well.

Beautiful plant! She looks a bit hungry!

This is a generic deficiency diagram. On the bottom they show you an 'ideal healthy leaf' color.

As @Bill284 would say!

Your in Coco, you should be feeding everyday! Recommended dosage.

You should check out his many informative journals!

OG and Bill,

Bill answered my first questions, and I thank you OG for commenting. I thank you both for any help you can give in advance. :)

This is my first plant, and it might have to be a group grow.

Am I supposed to cut her head off in a week or two? :)

Just let them grow for now. :Namaste:
Concentrate on health and feeding.
We can discuss that when they are ready.

I do not want to chop her head off. :)

Anyway guys. Thank you very much. OG, you mentioned perhaps I should up the nutes or just give her more PH balanced water?

I put the other info up there I think, but I forgot what I was feeding. I just make 1 gallon of filtered water which tests at 7.1PH. I add 3 teaspoons of the Base nutes that came with the tent, and 2 teaspoons of CalMag.

I give her between .3 and .4 gallons now.

And perhaps I need to up the PH a bit?

Thanks again guys.

Ah, forgot to mention. That mix was 3 teaspoons each base nute, and it usually tests on PH at about 5.5. I then throw some normal tap water and it comes up to 5.8/5.9.

Take care guys.

Night.

You mentioned watering slight nutes daily.

I believe for Coco you should pH water to 5.8ph

Proper feed rate shows 5-9ml a gallon

If your feeding at 3 tsp your pretty heavy

If you feeding at 3ml you are feeding lighter than recommended.

Always double check your feeding, watering, and your pH.

We're all here for you!

You got this!!!

It’s fairly straight forward.
Put calmag in your plain water first every time.
Add your nutrients in order at the recomended dosage per week.
Then set your ph to exactly 5.8.
Then feed to runoff every day.
Never any plain water.
Never skip a day. :Namaste:
They will green up and do well.
Try and keep rh in the 60’s
Temp around 25 c.

Stay safe

Thanks! I will back the nutes down to 2 teaspoons. I think we got the PH in the pot right for this. Ignore the temperature on the meter. I have a heater in the tent set to exactly 76F. It's just I opened the door. :(

I will update this journal in a few days guys. She's alive and I think she will make it now. :) :)

Thanks again for the help and advice!

Take care.

Anywhere in the low 60's is OK for now. :thumb:
When they start to flower it becomes more important for tight buds.

Hi Everyone,

Just an update. The lady is doing fine! There is not much new to report. She was getting a little burn on the end of her lower leaves, so I looked at the plant chart that you guys sent me. I either had the LEDs too close to her, or I was not watering enough, or too many nutes. Not sure which, but I gave her a really good watering after reducing the nutes to 2 teaspoons Base A, 2 teaspoons of Base B, and 2 teaspoons of CalMag. PH'ed to 5.8. I had the LED at 2.5 feet. It's closer to 4 feet now. It's an AeroWave 200SE, I think 200 Watts?

Since you guys have been recommending a daily fix of water/nutes, I reduced the nutes as recommended and only gave her .25 gallons. That had her leaking out the bottom of her cloth pot, but I am giving her some everyday now.

I am out of town today for work, but I am free tonight, and I will be enjoying Emilya's complete watering guide in about 10 minutes. Hopefully I will learn PPM. :)

I can't say enough all, how much your help is appreciated.

Here is pic for today. Will follow up further once I have read Emilya's thread and understand PPM and nutes and feeding. It's a small but bushy cannabis plant, probably no reason to post everyday, but I think you guys got myself, and this little lady, over the hump. She grows now and looks okay.

That's a big difference.

Take care.

Em's thread is for soil. :Namaste:
Coco is completely different.
Feed every day to runoff, full strength nutrients at 5.8 ph.
Never any plain water and never let it dry.
When it's pouring out the bottom I stop feeding.
Looks good today my friend.

Almost everything is the same Bill.

She lost some of the leaf burn spots she had after a really good feeding.

I did learn today however, that just putting 5.8PH Water/Nutes into the plant will not work if you don't PH test the plant everyday.

I was sitting under 5.0 PH for this plant for a few days it appears. It's been rectified and she is currently sitting in 5.8PH Coco. Grr. .

Now we will have PH soil testing daily as well. To be measured one hour after feeding.

Test your medium after every feeding, grr.

Take care everyone.

I set ph of my feed and forget it.
Never checked in the pot or run off.
As long as your feeding daily at 5.8 she will eat what she wants.
5.8 makes everything available. :Namaste:
