Seed capsule popped out of soil

Over the course of last night and this morning three of my germinated seeds has popped out of the rapid rooter. Two have really nice green cotyledons and the other one is the actual seed capsule that has popped through the top of the RR without cotyledons or the sprout. Should I make the hole in the RR bigger and try to replant it? Or should I just leave it be and hope for the best?

Just leave it. The shell should fall off soon as time goes on. But if you can manage to get the tap root further into the rooter go head. Just be careful

They are incredibly delicate at this stage. I would leave it and keep the shell moist.
