Scrog with different height plants?

So I'm wanting to grow multiple strains, some are short and some are medium height plants. Since I don't want one to shoot off way above the others and force me to move my light farther away I've been thinking if I could use the scrog method to help.

Here's my plan.
I'm growing in a 4x3' area. I could put the medium height plants on the two sides and put the short plants in the middle between them. Then do a U shaped screen so that the higher plants would have the higher part of the screen and the lower plants would get the low part. This way my light would stay evenly distributed.

Thoughts?

Scrog will help with different height on plants. Simply pull down the branch and tuck them under the screen to keep even canopy with the shorter plants. When doing this you'll cover the scrog much faster too.

Should I use anything else when doing scrog? Supercropping? Mayber Fim/Topping early in the veg cycle?
