Same light cycle - Different intensity?

I am embarking upon my first indoor project. Due to budget constraints I have cobbled together CFLs, LEDs, and t5's in a small room. My setup so far has been working the nutz. I have a question though; I run all lights 18-6 and was curious if at all during cycle I changed it up to just LEDs for say 6 hours would that have any negative consequences ?
I am aware that my wattage and light intesity output will be lowered considerably.

maybe try the GLR method with the cfls and t5s and then have the led on the whole time??
