Nothing. Up pot if you want. Probably be a good idea before flower. They’re just pulling water from the saucer.
Up pot - bigger roots bigger shoots
The plant is already root bound. She will begin to show signs of struggle. When you flower her she wont be at her best. You need a larger pot to flower her in.
If you're in soil only - you need 5 gal container.

I am not convinced that your little plant is already rootbound and needing to be uppotted. Roots just follow the water, as was said above. Just because a few of them have popped out of the drainage holes is NOT a reason to uppot. When your plant can suck up all the water you can get that container to hold, in one day, THAT is the time to uppot.

You are right, I missed that one. That is a pretty tall plant... and definitely could be rootbound.
Gonna be tough to get her outta that pot. Try and not damage the roots when up potting.
Take a butter knife and run it around the edge of the pot turn her upside down with you hand on the stalk at the soil line give it a shake and pull at the same time you should feel movement and root ball getting loose from the container. You don't need to pull on the stalk your hand there so she dont drop on the floor.
Shake it dont break it, have you new pot handy under neath you work area. Gonna get dirty. Yes in deed. Add a few inches of soil to the new pot and set the root ball in there.
Fill container with more soil, tamp down lightly, dust off water really good. done
