A Riverside medical marijuana clinic is celebrating its fifth year of existence with what it's billing as an "all-star event" featuring activists and others.
Presto Quality Care, formerly known at THCF Medical Clinic,will kick things off with a free seminar from 1 to 4 p.m. at the clinic, 647 Main St. in Riverside.
The seminar features presentations by Prop. 215 advocate Dennis Peron, Paul Stanford of the Hemp and Cannabis Foundation, San Bernardino County sheriff's candidate Paul Schraeder, Riverside County Democratic Central Committee Chairwoman Sue Ann Young and others.
At 6, a dinner will be held featuring speeches by retired judge and 2012 Libertarian vice-presidential candidate James Gray and satirist Paul Krassner. Tickets for the dinner are $20 in advance or $25 the day of the event and seating is limited.
