REPLY to posts not working properly

I'm having trouble with replying to posts today.

Hitting REPLY gives me only HTML code in the box and there are no options to insert anything. The tools, emoticons and options bars are grayed out. If I hit the preview button, I can see the text and photo in the original post I'm replying to.

For Example: I tried to reply to a post that had several photos and got this in my reply post box. When I attached it just now it showed only HTML code, not the image until I posted it or hit preview.

Hopefully a temporary issue.

I discovered that JUST before I came back here. I had no clue what that BB code was. Thanks so much!
