Recommend a Clinic in Portland?

I was fortunate enough to be able to go through my personal physician of many years. I have someone in Portland who is not as fortunate as I am, she asked me about clinics in the area I suggested "Mothers Against Misuse and Abuse" at 5217 SE 28th Ave, and The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation on 105 SE 18th Ave.

Having been to neither, I'm hoping to ask any of you in the forums if you have any experience with either place.

How are you treated? Costs (in addition to the State's fee) for office visits, etc. Or if there is anything else to advise.

THCF in portland is where I went. Nice folks, Quick, and very Pro.
I believe clinic cost is 180$ and the DHS state fee is 100$
 
I also have been to the THCF took a friend to get her card their quick polite service i know this thread is old but i def recommend to anyone else lookin in portland
