Ready To Harvest?

Hello guys,
Here i am at this stage with an NorthernLights Auto from Nirvana. Since germ until now she's at the end of week 10 and im growing under 300w led in soil.
Can you guys teel me please if she's ready to harvest by those trichomes?
This is the best pic that i have..try to zoom it please guys.
I've planned to cut her by the next week but im not really sure. Maybe she's ready before next week.. can you help me people?

There still are a lot of white pistils or hairs. It looks like another two to three weeks until they will be ready. You need to get some more magnification, at least 30X so that you can see the trichomes. Here is an image taken with my USB microscope:

I'd give it a week and the re-check. Many trichomes seem to be clear, and others are cloudy. When to harvest is very much a personal choice. When most of the trichomes are cloudy, you get the most THC. If you let 20% or more turn amber, you get more of a couch lock effect.

thats what i've thinked 1 week maybe ..
so you think that i must start flush now?
