Ready or not

Question...I've noticed that a few of my buds are ready to harvest but also, I've got a couple buds
that may need a few more days.
I guess it's okay to do two different cuttings?

Just curious do you have any white pistils left?

No longer any white pistils and most buds have cloudy and amber trichomes.
But I still have a few lower/smaller buds with clear trichomes.
