Re-vegging question

Good morning friends.
This is Andromeda, White Widow in soil. It was a nice plant, harvested 6 weeks ago. I thought I would try my hand at re-vegging. I left some buds and stems on and I put her in a corner in the veg room. First two weeks I fed her water and kelp, after that veg nutes.
As you can see she turned into a pretty tree.
My questions are: Is it time to flower her again? Do I top dress with some some amended soil?

A little early still. Wait till you’re getting fan leaves with a full count of blades. Like 7, or 9, or whatever she had before.

Can I trim off the old growth and buds, or just leave her alone?

Either way you like. It doesn’t cause any harm but it’s pretty shabby looking. Sometimes I clean it up for appearance
