I seeded all my plants indoors for 3-4 weeks using jiffy pots and a single 100-watt fluorescent light in a custom enclosure made out of cardboard and lined with tinfoil. Then in around mid-may as it heated up where I live (Canadian winters are long) I set out and planted in the wilderness.
I went to the site yesterday to check them out. Most of them have survived, and here is a few shots of them (the pics are reflective of all of them)
They are all about 1 foot high. Being inexperienced I expected taller. Is this normal? It's now June 12th, so at this rate should I go back and check in early/mid August? What height should they be then? Do they look healthy?
Cheers
