Difficult to say without knowing the ambient temperatures and relative humidity levels.
I see what looks like an inline fan. I am assuming adequate air exchange since the plants do not appear stressed. I don't see any circulation fans but they could be off camera. Just by appearance things look fine.

I like the look of it. It's a little crowded up against the wall. I'd be worried about air circulation and moisture in the corners that can incourage mold and such. I would also keep RH under 65% and the Temperature under 80 to keep the pests out.
