Random tesing at work? Colorado

I am a mmj pateint in colorado . What will happen when I have a drug test at work ? From what I understand there is no law either way. I do not use at work . Thank you . Im sure this has been asked before but I couldnt find any posts on the subject.
 
There is nothing in the Colorado Constitution that covers you at work. If you get a Dirty UA your employer can do as they see fit according to company policy. It sucks, but it is the way it is.
