Quick question on bud rot

I started chopping my outside Amnesia Lemon a week ago.
3 chops later ( well over 5 lbs ) and I still have quite a few buds that are just not ready.
The sun came out this morning for the first time in 3 days after scattered rain , temps in 70’s and 70’sRH.
There is a light breeze blowing and RH is dropping.
After searching buds this morning I found one group of low buds that show bud rot.
I carefully cut it out.
This is a first for me.
I was going to wait ( weather this week looks great ) for these buds to mature another week.
The remnants of the plant are very open now to sun and breeze.
Should I be concerned ? I examined the plant and see no more bud rot.

Yes. Keep looking for it daily.

Ultimately it's your call but if the weather is improving and you think you can get another week might not be a bad idea. Just monitor to see if. The BR is progressing and be prepared to chop at anytime.

Just keep a very close eye on them and you may make it another week. Any more rot then I would chop it

So I waited.
The last two nights the temps got down a little low w/ rain and I covered the plant w/ a tarp. .
This morning I checked the trichs and amber abounded. Big difference from yesterday morning.
I spent the day chopping , washing , hanging , trimming , bagged and in the fridge.
After a quick dry the smoke is extremely potent w/ a sativa high that rushed up immediately.
Definitely different buzz from the first chop over a week & a half ago .
Almost 750 grams today after hanging for 4 hours and a trim.
This one outside plant produced more than my 6 inside plants.
Oh. I found 3 small buds that maybe had mold.
I am very happy I waited.
