So, I just got an oz. of Sour Diesel and it smelled and tasted so amazingly skunky, but it was really dry. So I put a small piece of bead in my jar with it til the next morning and now it's moist but the skunk smell is gone. Totally disappointed. Does the bread soak away the smell and any THC? Or does the smell and taste come back once its completely dry again? Thanks for any replies...

It could be that the bud is very fresh and adding the moisture brought it back to being a lil green and thus changing the smell!

Should be ok... bread doesn't soak away any thc that I am aware of... not like that anyways!

I agree.
It's sort of the same for me when I purchase bud. It almost never smells the same in their jar as it does in my container.

If you have a jar with a lid that seals... Glue about a 1" square of sponge to the inner lid. Wet it, push out the excess water and it should keep your bud moist. But be warned..if the sponge is too wet and you don't open your jar often enough, your bud can mold. I use water because that's all that the bud losses...others add orange peel etc. For me that changed the smell and the taste.

Thanks guys! That helped a lot! So now its been a few days. I left the jar open for a day and it dried up again. The skunk smell is back thankfully. Still feel like the smell was a lil more potent before but dunno if it's just me lol.
