This may seem stupid but-- when people are talking about nutes and mention adding molasses is that like maple syrup or a kind of fertilizer?

Its tricomb candy I use Humboldt nute ES honey for bloom and flush. I also got some of the sweetest tomatoes I ever grew using this stuff.

Molasses is sugar but not from Maple trees. I had such a bad bug problem this grow with first fungus gnats because I was/am still a n00b and was over watering, then, I had spider mite invasion when the weather turned cold so with my history of pests, not sure adding pure sugar to my res or soil is a good idea. Never used it so I'm not sure how it would help the taste of the finished product. If I were to grow outdoors I would give it a shot but I think the way you cure and genetics has a lot more to do with the overall flavor than all this junk people load of their plants with.
