Question of Dates

HI i have question regarding the date of flowering of commercial types; if on the package of the plant is says flowering time is 50-70 days say, and budding time is say November-December months... so this means they won't flower if i plant them now (February) at somewhere end of April??
What does it mean anyway ???(indoor growing)

I'm guessing it's an indoor grow? If so, you can estimate the times by the first signs of flowering, which then will give you a really good idea to of when you plants will be fully ready. Outside grows go by seasons. So I would guess(not an outside guy myself) to plant them in the spring and you would be good for November-December. I'm guessing, look around, you will learn alot here the more you do your research.

Thats right. 1st one is the time for a indoor grow and the second is for outdoor growers
