Question about outdoor plants

I got some Outdoor plants I planted outside with seeds i got from a shitty bag i bought. After they were like 3inches high i planted them outside (Middly May) and i live in Maine which is in northern US. Theyve ben flowering good until we got like 6 days of straight rain and it cooled off and i went to check onthem and they have brown spots all over there leaves but still dark green flowers. looks like its just starting to devolp resiny buds but i cant totaly tell. why are the leaves devoloping brown spots?

Jus the gorund. I took them out of the pots once they started flowering.

naw what happened was there wasnt good enough aeration, the roots are drowning, i have seen the problem before, just dont water for a while and see what happens, dry roots are better than drowning roots.
