I'm growing in my house and I have 6 plants I was wondering if my county "Winnebago county" county laws aren't as strict as these state ones? Because these state ones seem really harsh.. Felony for any type of growing.. eww. You guys know if my county would control my punishment or where I could find info on Winnebago county laws?

I was just curious because a friend of mine, who is helping me grow, said I could have 1-20 plants and they would only slap me with a misdemeanor and it would be treated about as serious as an underage. Thanks, Leg.
