Quadriplegia by Anonymous
I am a 49-year-old quadriplegic male. Since an automobile accident in 1974 that damaged my C-5/6 spinal area, I have had numerous muscle spasms and joint pain. The only way that I can find relief is through smoking marijuana. Without smoking marijuana, my legs frequently rise from my wheelchair pedalss, my abdomen shakes and makes me nauseous. With marijuana I am not only able to eat better but I have less spasms and I can stretch the tendons and muscles to curtail the onslaught of muscle contractions. For these reasons I think I should be allowed medical marijuana!
