Looking good how are things in Germany.
I noticed your using the plastic air pots. I use them they are great but I see you have a cover over them.
What is the purpose of it. It looks like it would impede proper watering but I'm not sure .

They are water absorbent they hold water very well they help with even watering it's a full disk but I cut the middle out for my other plants.

So you can only water the middle of the pot? Does it hold water and release it slowly. ?

Yes I try a do the outside of the pots first all then come back and do the center. Am I doing it wrong
