Pruning lower bud sights

Does removing small lower late devopling bud sites when the plant is in the last 6 weeks or so of flowering hurt or help?

I've heard it's good to remove them so the plant will use its energy for the bigger bud sites.

i would say take off for sure. it would of course been more beneficial overall if they had been taken off say just before flipping the cycle. i use these as potential clones. i leaning on the side of main lining specific branches to produce better top cola growth instead of getting pop corn buds all over the place but that's just me. everyone's their own chef. . Leave on or take off you still get a harvest no sweat . regards
