Power cut in veg room advice

I need some advice here I've 30 blueberry plants there clones and are 4 weeks old and in veg and are looking good after I watered today the power went off and was off for 12 hours apparently some cables got cut outside accidentally by gas workers anyway I was about to take some clones from them today as well my question will this affect my grow and should I wait to take cuttings

If the power outage was a single event then you're good and the girls are ok and there's no need of special treatment. You can wait a day or two if it makes you feel good but there's no need.
Anyway, I would wait another 3-4 weeks at least to take some cuttings if they only have a couple. Wait until it gets bigger and grows several branches.
