I have one female about 2 weeks from harvest growing outside. A couple weeks ago I noticed a couple areas where tiny amounts of a white substance had settled. I wrongfully assumed it was lizard poop, as I have thousands in my backyard and it resembled their poop.
After reading some of the posts on the subject 2 days ago, I decided to take a closer look. Sure enough powdery mold WAS fairly well entrenched.
I immediately got my spray bottle of 3% H2O2 out and began gently separating the fox tails to see how infested. WHOA, the mold was having a good old time having spread through most of the buds.
I sprayed twice yesterday; this morning it was mostly gone, but I sprayed at first light and again just now.
Sorry, no way for me to hold the camera and take infestation pics
