Powdery mildew or drops from my roof ?

I've been treating my plants for powdery mildew and I have been using green cure every week during early weeks of veg and for bloom. I've had these white spots popping up looking like water drops splashing. That I take a closer look I thought it was just powdery mildew and have been treating for it. But now in a hunch maybe it's drops coming from my white paint from the roof when it rains and I do live in Washington so powdery mildew is there. And it is very rainy. I pull the a plant in and out when it rains. I am growing outdoor in a 15 gallon pot The Strain is ice cream dream and it is 4th week of Bloom. Let me know what you guys think is this p.m. or is this like calcified rain water from the roof any input would be awesome thank you so much

I would think PM would be more uniform, that looks like drops of something hit it. As IMHO it is too localized of an area, if PM it would be somewhere else on plant too I would think.

There are spots in other places, and that's what I was thinking it's on other plants too but they all sit under the roof at some point. I just wanna make sure I'm not crazy. lol it all looks like splatters of rain drops

My thoughts too, but see if anyone else chimes in as I've had Bud Rot but not the PM crud yet.
