Potential snail damage around base of plant

Question--I have had snails eat the outer layer around the stem of young plants such as peppers and cilantro. It appears that it has happened to my marijuana plant as the growth has slowed down but it still looks very healthy. Can this be corrected?

If you want you can tape your stem it may help.Try an open can of beer to attract them away from your plants.

Sorry to hear about the snails but that means you must have some good soil.

look for a product called diatomaceous earth

that should clear that up

Copper pot scrubbers stretched out and wrapped around the stalk works for me. I save my beer (Keith's) for me

Do not use diatoms without eye protection and breathing filter.
