CARNEGIE, OK -- Drug agents discover a patch of marijuana worth more than $1 million near Carnegie, Oklahoma. It happened Wednesday morning after authorities received a tip about pot growing in a field. Drug agents discovered about 1,000 high-quality marijuana plants and two men watering them. One of the men was arrested. Police are still searching for the other man who fled the scene.
Mark Woodward from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics says they believe these men were part of a growing trend they're seeing in our state.
In the last two years, they've found six of these high-quality operations in Oklahoma, including three in this very area.
