Possibly a dumb one: fermented mix

I made a carb mix with organic honey, organic un sulphered molasses, organic maple syrup, organic turpinado sugar, maple sugar and a touch of pomegranate molasses in water.

It seems it fermented somehow šŸ˜ would it still be good to use if I let it sit and cook off the booze before I feed?
 
Ok, so consensus is down the drain it goes.

I made this stuff a few days ago. Iā€™m not seeing:

A: why it would ferment

B: why it would ferment so quickly

Edit: you canā€™t turn water into wine and and bastardized sugar water shouldnā€™t turn into alcohol, as far as I know as Iā€™m not a distiller or maker of booze
