They look pretty good, a question: why neem oil weekly? It wouldn't surprise me that the neem oil is causing some of the spotting on the leaves, when it interacts with sunlight.
I have been using neem because in my last run i had a little problem with caterpilars...only apply neem after sunset.

Appears to be either over or under watered, pretty much looks the same.
If its underwatered that could explain the slight leaf burn, nutrients can concentrate in dry soil.
And some of the burning could be neem related if in really hot sunlight
I think that could be underwatered..so yesterday i watered them..now the leafs are a litle bit drop...later will put some new photos

thank you all for the help !

Hi you all

The problem continues as you can see in the photos.
The tips are no longer burned but the lower leaves continue to turn yellow and die.

Since I published this problem, I have only watered the plant once with about 1.5L of water plus the nutrients mentioned above.

Do you think I might have a nutrient blockage?
or my plant could be starving? (I think that's not it because if it were I think it would happen on all sheets)

I really need help because my baby has been like this for two weeks

Should be praying to the heavens in this weather. I would have to agree with nunyabiz. If it’s not over watered it’s under. By the looks of her it can only be one. And as you have only feed her small amounts of water I again agree with nunyabiz it’s under watered

yes, its hot, itls like 35 ºC out there for the last week

My soil have about 15% of Expanded Perlite the rest is organic soil for tomatos crop

When i will watering i have the certain that the top 5 to 10 cm is dry, for the rest of the soil i will lift the vase to undrstand their wight. Than if i understand that the soil is dry enougth i will waterer the girl.

So you both think that i need to give her more water?

Sorry i'm not fluent in english...

Yes. Water once every two days see how u go. water to run of always even if its been more than 2 days.IF u are in any doubt get another pot the same size fill it feel the weight with no water then fill it with water. will give u a good idea of a pot that needs watering.Guess the weather will play a BIG part in when and how much to water for you being outside.
