Possible grey mold?

Hey guys, I’ve recently applied a dose of eco neem to rid my soil of a few little pests. (Old potting mix)
And may have applied it with a bit too much water.
Just seen this small bumps start arising only on the top of new leaves starting to grow. Is this the beginning of gray Mold?
Please help if so!

Hello @Rooky16 ,welcome to 420magazine my friend.
Cute lady you have.
Don't fret. Those bumps are nothing to concern yourself about.
It looks like early trichome formation.
Neem oil won't hurt anything and adding too much water to it just thins it out,no harm.
Those plastic cups your useing, do they have holes in bottom?
Also if you can get natural light pics we can judge her health better.

Sorry I’m not too sure what you meant when you mentioned the cups?

Should I induce flowering at this stage if my girls producing trichomes/ is it harmful if I kept it on bloom for another Few weeks?

The plastic cup she is in are there drain holes my friend?
Leave both bloom and veg lights on. Better for her.
You can flower her now if you want.
How much space do you have for her to strech?
She will need a bigger pot also.
Preferably cloth bag. For air exchange.
Any questions you have I don't mind helping if I can.

Just curious about why the plant is laying over on its side, are you training it? It also seems too small to me to be building trichomes, how old is this plant?

Looks like the main stem is trained rather than topping/fimming first?
Maybe the pests stunted it
Not certain, but I think I can see preflowers so I'd flip it, you'll still get a decent yield with 6-8 fat bud sites
