Polycystic Kidney Disease by Steve
I have polycystic kidney disease and will need a transplant eventually. One year ago I was told I would be on dialysis in three to six months. I was losing weight and nauseous all the time. Since I've begun smoking marihuana, however, my blood work has shown improvement, I've gained 20 pounds, and I have more of an appetite than in months. I no longer require pain medication either, which has to be easier on my kidneys.
