please help!

Hello, im 2nd week in flower and i dont wanna take the risk of losing her. I saw a couple of ants near my lady so i automatically thought there could be more, possibly in the pot. Are there any safe was of getting rid of these pests? Thanks

Mix up the top soil a bit and see if any are moving around in the soil...Check the bottom of the pot for signs... I would think you would see more then a few if they were nesting in your pot... Maybe some ant spray around the general area or perhaps a size 11 shoe squishing them into the ground..

Thank you for the advice, now what "IF" i had an infestation? Hopefully i don't have to go that far, but i did get some ant traps thinking about putting them around my area. Thanks for the help

I think the biggest problem with ants is that they farm aphids for food, and they will chew on the leaves and take them back to the nest.. Keep an eye out for bugs on the leaves and for damage... I would say the little ant traps and maybe a good spray around the area.. Make a barrier that they would have to cross to get to the plant..
