Please help use veg switches for the first few weeks of flowering

My Mars hydro 900w has 2 switches 1 for vegetables and 1 for blooming it has been a week since I switched to flowering 12/12 I have not seen signs of flowering. Do I need to turn on both switches to stimulate flowers faster? (I want to save electricity does this delay flowering time? )

I’d run both like they said. It’ll take about 2 weeks before you really start to notice them kicking into flower.
