so im 18 i want to get my card i have records of my back pain and spasms my migrains and anxiety from my father just dying im really broke right now and was wondering if there was any programs that help. thank you -katie m from oregon
 
"BROKE" doesnt matter. We are all broke to some degree especially now in this economy. To get a "Reduction" in cost for your card in Oregon you must be on SSD and permenantly disabled or on state assistance and the new wave is to eliminate the State assistance part as they are arguing all kinds of reasons as to why they shouldnt get a break. Broke does not get you any where, at least in the Oregon MMJ. Sorry! Put together the ching and/or a sugar daddy getter done. LOL!
